　2024年11月22日、ガーナ共和国の伝統的君主／アシャンティ王オトゥムフオ・オセイ・トゥトゥ2世陛下（アシャンティ皇帝 ： His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, King【Emperor】 of the Ashanti Kingdom【Empire of Ashanti】【Asantehene of Asante】）とジュリア・オセイ・トゥトゥ令夫人殿下（Her Highness Lady Julia Osei Tutu）は、ガーナ共和国を訪問したセーシェル共和国大統領ワベル・ジョン・チャールズ・ラムカラワン閣下（His Excellency Wavel John Charles Ramkalawan）夫妻と会見しました。

　同大統領は同国クマシの、プレンペー1世国際空港で、アシャンティ王の出迎えを受けたようです。

　英国との闘争の中、アシャンティ王プレンペー1世（Prempeh I）はセーシェルに追放・亡命の状態となりました。
　今年2024年は、そのプレンペー1世がセーシェルからアシャンティ王国に帰還した1924年から100周年となるようです。

　アシャンティ王と大統領は、100周年のシンポジウムに臨席。

　また、同大統領は、プレンペー1世の子孫らと会見したようです。
　会談では、セーシェルとプレンペー1世の子孫との関係強化について話し合われたようです。

　なお、アシャンティ王の継承は複雑で、（おそらくですが）現在のアシャンティ王オトゥムフオ・オセイ・トゥトゥ2世陛下は、プレンペー1世の子孫ではありません。

カタール首長タミーム殿下が、セーシェル大統領ラムカラワン閣下と会見（2021年3月）

　2021年3月21日、カタール国首長“シャイフ【シェイク】”・タミーム・ビン・ハマド・アル・サーニー殿下（タミム首長 ： His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir【Emir】 of the State of Qatar）は、同国を訪問したセーシェル共和国大統領ワベル・ジョン・チャールズ・ラムカラワン閣下（His Excellency Wavel John Charles Ramkalawan）と会見しました。

　会談では、貿易・投資・観光・スポーツを中心とした二国間関係についてなどの話がなされたようです。
