　スペイン語メディアの Vanitatis が、カルリスタのスペイン王としてのパルマ公カルロス殿下（Prince Carlos ： His Royal Highness The Duke of Parma and Piacenza）へのインタビュー記事を掲載しています。

　タイトルは「カルリスタのスペイン王：私はフェリペ6世が難しい時期を生きていくと思う」で、概要は「我々は、カルロス・ハビエル・デ・ボルボン＝パルマ（パルマ公）と（新型コロナウイルス感染症【COVID-19】の）パンデミック、ファン・カルロス（前スペイン王）のスキャンダルについてどう考えているか、（パルマ公の）息子で継嗣（ピアチェンツァ公カルロス・エンリケ殿下）の教育はどうしているか、について話した」というものですが、冒頭ではいきなり、「1830年にフェルナンド7世がサリカ法を廃止して（将来の）イサベル2世がスペイン王位を継承可能にした時、ブルボンは永遠に分裂した」というやや大げさな始まり方をします。
　そしてイサベル王女の継承を認めない王弟のカルロス王子とそれを支持する人々と政府などとの対立による三度のカルリスタ戦争があったという話は割とあっさり終わり、現代のカルリスタの指導者はパルマ公であるという話と、概要で出た話の詳細になります（念のために追記しておきますと、現時点で特定の人物を奉じないカルリスタ、他の人物を奉じるカルリスタや、すでに君主政を放棄しているカルリスタ、君主政でも共和政でもなんでもいいカルリスタ、も存在します）。
　またパルマ公の継嗣のカルロス・エンリケ殿下がカルリスタのアストゥリアス公だということがわざわざ説明されています。

　その後の話としては、全体的に極めて穏当に、現在のパルマ公の主張や近況の話となっています。ほぼ公式見解のような。
　上記の話の詳細に加えて、家族の話、パルマ公室のマリー・テレーズ【マリア・テレサ】殿下がCOVID-19で薨去した件、スペイン王フェリペ6世夫妻との仲（ぶっちゃけていうと、ブルボンの一族で集まるときや、スペイン王のオランダ訪問時に同席した機会は多いがそんなに深い付き合いはないとのこと）、（従弟の）オランダ王ウィレム＝アレクサンダー陛下とは家族ぐるみで良好な関係だが政治や王朝の主張に関する話はしていないことなどの話があります。

世論調査：オランダ王ウィレム＝アレクサンダー陛下夫妻の謝罪動画に46%が納得せずも、64%は幕引きを望む（2020年10月）一方、長女と次女がすぐに帰国せずに火曜日までにギリシャに滞在していたと発覚「飛行機の席が空いていなかった」

　ギリシャ休暇旅行（批判を受けてすぐ帰国）について謝罪したオランダ王ウィレム＝アレクサンダー陛下夫妻について、2000人を対象におこなわれた世論調査では 46 %が納得していないとしています。

　一方で、全体の 64% はこれ以上の騒動を望んでいないとしており、とりあえず、ここで話は終わりそうだったのですが……。

　オランダ王国首相マルク・ルッテ閣下（His Excellency Mr Mark Rutte）は「プライベートなこと」なので言わなかったらしいですが把握していたことをコメント。
　座席が足りなかったので二人はギリシャに残ったと説明されていますが、火曜日までずっと座席が足りなかったというのはちと苦しい気がします。
　（そもそも政府専用機でいったんだから帰りも飛ばせばいいんじゃないの？？）

 

　今回の件について専門家は、さほど大きな影響はないと見ています。
　両陛下の人気はとても高く、またオランダ王室はこれより前の時代、もっといくらでもひどいことがあった、というそれはまあその通りの指摘もあります。
　予算の減額が避けられないとの考えも見られます（それはギリシャの別荘のように王室の私有資産がたくさんあるのでなにも困りませんが）。
