訃報（2018年10月2日）：“サー”・チャールズ・ラウザー準男爵（第6代）、卒去（1946～2018）

　2018年10月2日、英国の連合王国準男爵の一人、“サー”・チャールズ・ラウザー準男爵（Sir Charles Lowther, 6th Baronet）が卒去した模様です。
　1946年1月22日生まれの72歳。
　ラウザー準男爵＜スウィリントン＞（1824年）の第6代。

　多数の準男爵とロンズデール伯爵を輩出しているラウザー家の一員。
　未確認ですが、保有していた称号のほかに、年長系統のラウザー準男爵＜リトル・プレストン＞の継承順位に並んでいたのではないかと。

　卒去に伴い、子息のパトリック・ラウザー（Patrick William Lowther）が第7代準男爵となると思われます。

三池立花家から寄託された三池藩最後の藩主 立花種恭 の関連資料から幕末から明治初期にかけての多数の書簡が見つかる（2018年9月）

　2018年9月12日、福岡県大牟田市立の三池カルタ・歴史資料館は、三池立花家から寄託された三池藩最後の藩主立花種恭（たちばな たねゆき）の関連資料から幕末から明治初期にかけての多数の書簡が見つかったことを発表したようです。

 

　岩倉具視ら明治の実力者の書簡６０点　最後の三池藩主に送る　歴史資料館が発見、１０月公開 [福岡県]｜【西日本新聞】

　書簡を含む史料の一部は１０月２日～１２月９日（月曜と最終木曜休館）、同館の企画展「三池立花家の近代－立花種恭と激動の幕末維新」で公開する。入場無料。同館＝０９４４（５３）８７８０。

 

　岩倉具視や三条実美らの名前が見えます。

 

史料は種恭から５代目に当たる現当主が先代から引き継ぐ際に出てきたという。

　ということで、現当主の名前はありません。
