タイ王室のシリキット皇太后陛下がインフルエンザで入院中とのこと（2018年8月）
タイ王国のシリキット皇太后陛下（Sirikit ： Her Majesty The Queen Mother）が、インフルエンザで入院していると、2018年8月20日に発表されたようです。

訃報（2018年8月13日？15日？）：ウガンダ共和国のルウェンズルル王チャールズ・ムンベレ陛下の義父が死去。陛下は2016年の衝突の件で保釈中・移動制限が課せられているため葬儀には出ず
2018年8月13日か15日のことだそうですが、ウガンダ共和国のルウェンズルル王チャールズ・ウェズリー・ムンベレ陛下【イレマ＝ンゴマ1世】（His Royal Majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere, Irema-Ngoma I, King【Omusinga】 of Rwenzururu）の義父レオ・バルク・オワンズィアケ氏（Leo Baluku Owanziake）が死去。
アグネス・イトゥング・アシイマウェ王妃（Queen【Nyabaghole】 Agnes Ithungu Asiimawe）の父です。
チャールズ・ムンベレ陛下は、2016年のカセセでの衝突（中央政府＝与党支持派と野党支持派の対立が原因？？ 100人以上の死者）の件で殺人罪などで逮捕されていましたが、記事によれば現在は保釈中。
しかし、移動制限が課せられているため葬儀には出ていないようです。
葬儀では、Chief Prince（チーフ・プリンス）と表記されているクリストファー・キバンザンガ農務大臣（Christopher Kibanzanga）という人物が、陛下のメッセージを読み上げたようですが、内容はプロパガンダに迷わされず、地域の開発に専念しようというようなもののようです。
王妃のメッセージとあわせると、王国内の部族紛争が警戒されているようにも取れるので、再度の衝突が懸念されているのでしょうか。
なお、チーフ・プリンスですが、キリスト教の聖書などでは大天使ミカエルにこの言葉が使われ「宗主」と訳されている例もあるようなのですが、ルウェンズルルでの意味合いやポジションは不明です。
