　長男はラヒム・アーガー・ハーン公子（Prince Rahim Aga Khan）。
　アーガー・ハーン4世は、英国の故エリザベス2世より、一代限りで殿下（His Highness）の敬称を受けており、またその先代も殿下の敬称を受けています。
　現在の英国王チャールズ3世陛下が後継者に対して殿下の敬称を授けるかどうかはわかりません。

　ポルトガル王室（ブラガンサ家）当主のブラガンサ公爵ドゥアルテ・ピオ殿下（His Royal Highness Duarte Pio, Duke of Braganza）とイザベル妃殿下の娘で、男子優先長幼制のポルトガル王位継承法では兄と弟に次いでポルトガル王位継承順位第3位となっています。

　ドゥアルテ・ドゥ・ソウザ・アラウージョ・マルティンス氏は1992年5月14日生まれの30歳。
　弁護士で、母方の祖父がジョアン・ドゥ・ソウザ・アラウージョという芸術家のようです。
