昨年【2019年】10月にオランダで63歳【62歳との報道も】の男が、オランダ王妃マクシマ陛下を「人殺しの娘」などと罵り王妃侮辱罪（？）で有罪（2020年1月）社会奉仕活動40時間。なお侮辱罪は今年に入り再編成された模様

　2019年10月22日、天皇陛下（徳仁 ： なるひと ： Emperor Naruhito ： His Majesty【His Imperial Majesty】 The Emperor）の「即位礼正殿の儀」のためにオランダ王ウィレム＝アレクサンダー陛下（Willem-Alexander ： His Majesty The King of the Netherlands）とオランダ王妃マクシマ陛下（Máxima ： Her Majesty the Queen of the Netherlands）が来日しているさなか、本国では60代の男が、マクシマ王妃陛下を罵り、王妃侮辱罪で逮捕されていたようです。
　内容は「人殺しの娘」とかそういうのや、もっと下品なものだったりするので割愛します。

※なにも知らずに記事の写真を見たとき、なんで天皇皇后両陛下が一緒に写っているのかとハテナマークでしたが、来日中の本国での事件でした。

　事件ですが、同じ場にいた別の人間が警察に連れていかれそうになったところ、興奮してわめきはじめたような、そういうものでしょうか。

　判決では、男の言動は公共に益さずということは認められたものの、すでに似たような事件を起こし保護観察中の身であった被告への刑務所いきを求めていたらしい検察側の意見は取り入れられず、社会奉仕活動40時間となったようです。

 

　なお、王と王妃への侮辱は（要は不敬罪なんでしょうが）昨年までは独立した条文だったようです。
　しかし、法の改定により、現在では警察・救急医療関係者・軍人などへの侮辱と同じ扱いになったようです。

　2020年1月21日、オルレアン派フランス王室当主のパリ伯ジャン殿下（Jean ： Monseigneur The Count of Paris ： オルレアン派フランス王位継承者ジャン4世 ： Titular King Jean IV of France）は、ルイ16世死後227周年となることにより、メッセージを発出、鎮魂ミサに臨席しました。
　支持者の中には先代のパリ伯アンリ(7世)殿下の薨去1周年となることで、盛り上げるというかなんというかの野望を見せていた人たちもいたのですが、今のところそういったことがあったような記事などは見受けられず（正統派とぶつからないように今週末にやるのかもしれませんが）、ジャン殿下のメッセージと礼拝の白黒写真が掲載されているのみです。

　メッセージの中では、先祖たちの罪の犠牲者に対して赦しを求める部分があり、とりわけオルレアン公爵ルイ＝フィリップ＝ジョゼフ（ルイ16世の処刑に賛成した人物）の名が挙げられています。
