　2025年2月7日、スウェーデン王子カール・フィリップ殿下（ヴェルムランド公爵 ： His Royal Highness Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, Duke of Värmland）とスウェーデン王子妃ソフィア殿下（ヴェルムランド公爵夫人 ： Her Royal Highness Princess Sofia of Sweden, Duchess of Värmland）の間の第四子・長女となるスウェーデン王女が誕生しました。

　スウェーデン王位継承順位は、伯母・いとこ二人・父・兄三人に次ぐ第8位。

　名前と称号は、2月10日（月曜日）情報閣議にて発表される模様。また、同日、テ・デウムもおこなわれます。
　なお、カール・フィリップ王子の三人の子供たちは、2019年から殿下（His Royal Highness）の敬称を用いなくなっているので、今回誕生した王女にも殿下の敬称はないものと思われます。

　2025年2月5日、ラヒム・アーガー・ハーン公子（Prince Rahim Aga Khan）が、新たなイスラム教イスマーイール派（ニザール派）のイマーム、アーガー・ハーン5世（Aga Khan V）となることが発表されました。
　2月4日に薨去した、アーガー・ハーン4世殿下（His Highness Aga Khan IVの遺志によります。

　後継者はすでに決まっていますが、まだ公表されません。
　長男はラヒム・アーガー・ハーン公子（Prince Rahim Aga Khan）。
　アーガー・ハーン4世は、英国の故エリザベス2世より、一代限りで殿下（His Highness）の敬称を受けており、またその先代も殿下の敬称を受けています。
　現在の英国王チャールズ3世陛下が後継者に対して殿下の敬称を授けるかどうかはわかりません。

　トンガ王国では、新しい首相にアイサケ・ヴァル・エケ閣下（The Honourable Dr ‘Aisake Valu Eke）が就任し、新たな閣僚の一員としてトンガ皇太子トゥポウトア・ウルカララ殿下（His Royal Highness Crown Prince Tupoutoʻa ʻUlukalala of Tonga）の外務大臣・国防大臣の就任が発表されたようです。

　1950年1月4日生まれの75歳。

　故ファハド国王の次男で、長期にわたって東部州知事を務めました。
