　2020年7月22日、英国王室のエディンバラ公爵フィリップ王子殿下（His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh）の英国陸軍 ザ・ライフルズ（The Rifles） の名誉連隊長【カーネル・イン・チーフ】（Colonel-in-Chief）退任の小式典と、コーンウォール公爵夫人カミラ妃殿下（Camilla ： Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall）による就任の小式典がそれぞれ別の場所でおこなわれました。

　フィリップ王子殿下の名誉連隊長在任は67年間に及ぶものでした。
