訃報（2021年7月7日）：ナミビア伝統的君主／ファアルフラス首長ジョエル・ステファヌスが薨去（1943？1944？～2021）新型コロナウイルス感染症【COVID-19】。大統領・与党「南西アフリカ人民機構（SWAPO）」が弔意を表明

　2021年7月7日、ナミビア共和国の伝統的君主の一人、ファアルフラス首長ジョエル・ステファヌス（Kaptein Joel Stephanus）が薨去したようです。
　新型コロナウイルス感染症【COVID-19】と報道されています。
　77歳とされているので、1943年か1945年の生まれでしょう。

　ナミビア共和国大統領ハーゲ・ガインゴブ博士閣下（His Excellency Dr. Hage G. Geingob）と与党「南西アフリカ人民機構（SWAPO）」が弔意を表明しています。
