　2025年2月1日、（旧）エジプト王室のオスマン・リファット・イブラヒム王子殿下（His Royal Highness Sultanzade Prince Osman Rifat Ibrahim）が、スペイン・マドリードのバス上での心臓発作で薨去したようです。
　1951年5月20日生まれの73歳。
　スイスに埋葬されるようです。

　母方からオスマン帝国最後の皇帝メフメト6世および最後のカリフアブデュルメジト2世の曾孫。
