　2019年9月13日、国際連合総会【国連総会】の「High-Level Forum on the Culture of Peace – 20th Anniversary」がおこなわれ、ガーナ共和国のアシャンティ王オトゥムフオ・オセイ・トゥトゥ2世陛下（アシャンティ皇帝 ： His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, King【Emperor】 of the Ashanti Kingdom【Empire of Ashanti】【Asantehene of Asante】, Kumasehene of Kumasi）が基調講演をおこないました。
