　2022年10月7日から、マルタ騎士団（＝聖ヨハネ騎士団）と、マルタ騎士団が認める聖ヨハネ騎士団の4つの後継（あるいは分枝）騎士団、聖ヨハネ騎士団ブランデンブルク大管区、スウェーデン聖ヨハネ騎士団、オランダ聖ヨハネ騎士団、英国の聖ヨハネ騎士団、との協議会がおこなわれました。

　マルタ騎士団は主権実体として外交関係を持つ国々もあり、スウェーデン聖ヨハネ騎士団とオランダ聖ヨハネ騎士団、英国の聖ヨハネ騎士団は微妙に位置付けが異なるもののそれぞれの国の君主からの庇護や叙勲がなされています。
　聖ヨハネ騎士団ブランデンブルク大管区はすでに統治している君主とは関連のない団体ですが、もともとここからスウェーデンとオランダの騎士団がわかれたこともあり、ドイツ以外の国々にも支部を持っています。

　マルタ騎士団とこれらの騎士団は共同で慈善活動をおこなっています。

　マルタ騎士団からは、総長代行の副長“フラー”・ジョン・ダンラップ（Lieutenant of Grand Master Fra' John Dunlap）、
　聖ヨハネ騎士団ブランデンブルク大管区管長プロイセン王子オスカー殿下（His Royal Highness Prince Oskar of Prussia, the Herrenmeister of the Johanniterorden ： Oskar Prinz von Preußen【Preussen】 ： オスカー・プリンツ・フォン・プロイセン）、
　英国の聖ヨハネ騎士団から副長のマーク・コンプトン教授（the Lord Prior of the Most Venerable Order of Saint John, Mark Compton）、
　スウェーデン聖ヨハネ騎士団司令官でスウェーデン無爵位貴族のオットー・ドレイケンベリ（the Commander of the Order of Saint John in Sweden, Otto Drakenberg）、
　オランダ聖ヨハネ騎士団の評議会の議長（？）でオランダ貴族のエルンスト・カレル・グレーヴェン（Coadjutor of the Order of Saint John in the Netherlands, Ernst Karel Greven）、
　らが臨席。
