ダヴィティシュヴィリ系統は、（バグラチオン王朝の構成員ではありますが）、王朝が建てたどの王国からも王族とみなされたことはないとのことです。

2021年11月28日、（旧）ロシア帝室／ロマノフ家の貴賤結婚の男系男子であるアンドルー【アンドレイ】・アンドレーエヴィチ・ロマノフ公子殿下（His Serene Highness Prince Andrew【Andrei】 Andreevich Romanov【Romanoff】）が薨去したようです。
1923年1月21日生まれの98歳。
貴賤結婚の子孫らとされる人物らが主導するロマノフ家協会がかつて主張していた継承順位によれば、現在、ロシア皇帝の継承者となっていた人物です。
ただし、同団体の現在の考えや、ご本人たちの主張はよくわからなくなっています。
※なお、貴賤結婚規定のないホルシュタイン＝ゴットルプ公国のルールに従えば、ロシアはともかく、ホルシュタイン＝ゴットルプ公子となります。
薨去に伴い、長男のピーター【ピョートル】・アンドレーエヴィチ・ロマノフ公子殿下（His Serene Highness Prince Peter Andreevich Romanov【Romanoff】）が後継と擬されますが、子供はおらず、またその弟二人も子供なし・女子のみと、男系はさらに傍系へと移っていく見込みです。
