　なお、フェルナンディーニ閣下は当初、エクアドル外務大臣ルイス・ガジェゴス・チリボガ閣下（His Excellency Mr Luis Gallegos Chiriboga）を訪問して信任状を捧呈しており、なぜ外務大臣に？、というのはよくわかりません。

　2012年にコレア前大統領がマルタ騎士団との外交関係を破棄し、昨年【2019年】モレノ現大統領がこれを復活させることをマルタ騎士団側と合意しました。
